That is a great question! Thoughts Of You Co., is a company that strives for its products to be suitable for not only for all skin types, but also for people of all ages. Not to mention, because my products are completely natural, they also help with soothing skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Why does Thoughts of You Co. choose to use soy wax over other waxes?

Soy wax is a 100% natural wax derived from a hydrogenated form of soybean oil. This renewable resource emits less soot compared to a paraffin wax, made from petroleum, that is more likely to create a nasty chemical buildup on one’s furniture, walls, and curtains. Thoughts Of You Co. is a company that eliminates such difficulties by consistently ensuring that all products are completely natural, safe, and reliable.

Are you cruelty free?

Animals play such a vital role in society, that we consider it inhumane to test any form of products on animals. Thus, neither the products nor ingredients have been tested on animals.

Orders

How can I track my order?

Processing takes 1-3 business days, so once your order has been shipped, an email that consist of your tracking number and a following link of the parcels journey through USPS, DHL, or UPS will be provided.

Is it possible to change my shipping address?

Yes! Please email thoughtsofyouco@gmail.com with your order number and the updated address as soon as possible, as we can only change the shipping address if the order has yet to be processed and shipped.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed the order cannot be changed, but you do have the option to cancel the order and place in a new one. I am completely sorry for the inconvenience!

Returns

What is the policy on returns, refunds, or exchanges?

Due to the type of products sold at Thoughts Of You Co., we are unable to offer returns and exchanges. Once the order has been shipped, all sales are final.

Unless the package has been damaged in the midst of shipping, or is missing an item from the original purchase, then a customer can receive a refund, if not, there are no refunds.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package has arrived damaged, you must email thoughtsofyouco@gmail.com, with a photo of the outside packaging, as well as the bottom/side of the broken item, within 9 days of receiving the package in order to receive a replacement, if available.

If the replacement item is not available, then you shall receive a refund of the full purchase price of that item, with no need to pay for shipping.
